Diploma in Management and Leadership - Level 2, 3 & 5

This level 2 combined knowledge and competency based qualification is ideal for new team leaders who want to develop themselves as leaders and managers. It provides learners with the opportunity to learn and implement the core skills needed in today’s dynamic business environment.

The level 3 course is designed for managers with an interest to develop and accredit their professional competence and knowledge base.

The Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership Skills is designed for managers with two or more years’ experience in a people, project or resource management position.

We begin by exploring the role of a manager in general, focusing on the importance of providing leadership but quickly move to the practical side of management. We explore how to get the best from individuals and how to manage their performance; moving on to how to take care of teams in order to develop and refine their smooth functioning and output; and lastly we look at the role a manager has in managing and leading change within the organisation.
